Raé Miller is an American abstract artist who recently relocated to Santa Fe, New Mexico, after eleven years as an expat in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Her studio in San Miguel is well known, and her artwork is widely collected. Raé's paintings and monotypes have been shown internationally in galleries and public installations.

Raé's fascination with light and location has been a recurring theme in her work. While she does not limit herself to the use of a particular medium, she finds working with encaustic and cold wax most satisfying for their qualities of translucence and texture.

Raé is a selected artist for the Rosewood Mayakobá Villas in Playa del Carmen, and another resort project in Cabo San Lucas. She was a board member of Indian Valley Artists, the group who laid the groundwork for the Marin Museum of Contemporary Art in Novato, California. Raé is a workshop instructor and presenter at the International Encaustic Conference in Provincetown, MA, and offers private instruction and workshops in her studio.
